This company has taken our money $2000.00 paid 1/27/09 and 2/27/09 it is now 5/13/09 and nothing has been done, they won't return your phone calls, the customer service stinks they play this dreadful music and even if you get to leave a message you can not identify who you are leaving a message for. Bceause it sound robotic and is inaudible.

The kicker here for us is that I got a call on 5/11/09 stating that they were calling from the Accounting Department and asking for a final payment. Which I refused to give, then on 5/12/09 I received a call again from the Accounting Department stating that they have no record of our initial payment, I faxed a copy of the confirmation of payment to Mr. Rigo who at that time when I explained my frustration wanted to offer me a deal to reduce our balance and promised that he would call me back once he received my fax and would also call me back once they get there account records straight and have identified our payment. Well did I get a return call NO I have been calling all day today and customer Service will not even pick up. Something has to be done about people being ripped offTax payer's money going to bail out the banks, that won't help Home Owners. Because of no regulations for these Companies that claim they can help you get your loans modified we are being ripped off.
Now we have to hire a Lawyer to not only get our money back, but to also work on getting our Loan Modified. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Date of California.
