Promised to get my home loan modified and then took my 1950.00 and took off

In 2010 me and my wife hired professional debt solutions to help us get our home loan modified. They told us that they would be able to get our payments lowered but in order to do that we needed to be behind on our payments witch at this time we was up to date on the payments. They told us to stop making payments until the loan was modified, it has been 18 months and we still do not have a modified loan and are over 18,000 behind.

I tried to contact them to find out that the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I would call them every two wks and was asked to leave a message and never got a return call. All of the paper work that i sent them did make it to my bank but that was it. Now i may loose my home because some dumb a* heartless person

Thought it would be funny to mess with other peoples lives.
