He has forged documents to sell my land to someone else, took money from them and then disappeared. The NEW OWNER of my land the wanted to move in. I had not been paid so I said he couldn't. The new owner showed me the forged documents.
He steals land by signing purchase agreements, then he sells your land to other people and doesn't pay you.

He is also into insurance fraud.
