The Maricopa County Tax Assessors Office allowed forged documents to go through their hands for a sale of land at 831 East Monocito. Phoenix Ariz. Wesley Demarce sold the land to Cambridge homes and the filed bankruptcy during the process and Wells Fargo Bank sold the land to an investor to finish
the apartment complex on my fathers land without him knowing. So he is out of an Acre of land and the Phoenix Police dropped the Felony criminal charges against Wesley Demarce.
