I'm a former worker of Optimum Recovery Solutions Inc... And that I should state... I empathize with those who have ACTUALLY been approached by the corporation. The Decision Center Boss... Gerald is definitely an ex con using the teardrop tattoo under his attention to verify it. The leading desk assistant is just a small hispanic harlett who'dnot understand qualified if it slapped her within the experience. She wears "halter dresses" to function to welcome people. For not enough a much better term - TRASHY!!! - using the attitude to complement. They coach thier individuals to be rude and haneous. The frequently break the FDCPA regulations and that's why I disassociated myself out of this institution. There's no attorney, no legitimate motion, & most of the consideration stock is 5-10 yrs old... Exceeding the "sculpture of restrictions" they utilize to verbally threaten thier customers with. They employ felons... People that are ok with SPLITTING REGULATIONS!!! The pay was terrible and thus were my friends. I worked alongside a 500 lb. Animal who describes himself as "Beautiful Gorilla", a product poppin, bud smoking creole edition of MIMI off the Drew Carey Show. That's along with the prostitutes, alcoholics, and crackheads that document into this rathole for work daily. I RECOMMEND anybody who's approached by them to REPORT YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS!
