Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act

I've been receiving telephone calls from Improved Recovery Company for all weeks. Lately I had been speaking with a worker whose supervisor was speaking with her. The supervisor informed the worker to inform me he was suggesting appropriate motion for my debt. I requested the worker for that supervisor's title.in those days the supervisor got about the telephone with me and explained that I had been declining to pay for your debt which he was suggesting it for appropriate action. He did give me his title. I told him the same I Have been informing these folks for weeks, that I'm not declining to pay for your debt, but can't do the things theyare asking me to complete. He explained that I'd not be approached by ERC again since my debt would the appropriate office. Since that time (about 5 nights before) I've nevertheless obtained daily calls from ERC. After studying a few of the grievances against ERC I'd not spend them a cent even when I'd it. I'd recommend towards the businesses that hire ERC to gather debts to locate a trustworthy and reliable organization to gather your obligations! I also discovered that ERC is in breach of the Fair Debt Collection Work. I would recommend that everybody read on it.
