Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Global Financial offered me an interest free credit card with a $3500 limit. They also made promises of perks and rewards for enrolling in their program saying it would raise my credit score.

I thought it sounded like a good deal so i gave them my bank account number and they took $221.95 out on a day specified by me. They made it sound very legit with recordings of authorizations and a confirmation number.

They told me i could track my order via their website, which i never found. They would tell me my order was processing and that i should keep waiting. I waited too long and now my bank will not fight for my money. Now they will not even answer the phone. If anyone knows of any lawsuit or retribution, please post it.
