Attempted ripoff, they called but I saw this report first! Thanks Guys!

These guys are still operating and called me today 4/30/03. They said that my request for a major credit card had been approved and they just needed to collect a one time processing fee of $249. The fellow was very evasive when I asked him twice, whom he represented.
They are in the process of mailing me a "processing package", which will include their bill for $249. After viewing this web site, needless to say, I will NOT be sending these guys any money! Thank you complaint.com!
