Ripoff & false promises

I received a phone call, stating I was approved for a Visa Gold card with a limit of $2,000.00. All they needed was a one time processing fee of $249.00.

When I spoke with them they gave me a customer service number and stated that after the processing fee was taken out that I would get my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. They also said I would get a package with coupons and other discount items. I called them back the next day to ask if there was any other charges and they said no. At that time, I also asked when I would be getting my card and they said within 15 to 20 business days. They took $249.00 out of my account on April 24. To this day I have no card, nor have I got anything in the mail from them.

I then got on my computer and started to look credit helper up on the internet and learned other people were having the same problems with this so called credit company. I realize now never to give my account number to anyone. All I would like is to get my money back.
