Funds taken out, never received card

Bought a Natural Dot Mastercard/Credit for $109.95 May 2 and not received the card. I named nowadays to record and was informed my stability was $70.10. Requested to get a reimbursement and was handed more nonsense.

How are these folks receiving away with this particular? After studying all the grievances against them, why are they still running a business?
