Is New York The Only State To File Class Action Filed Against Them? Charge unbelievable rates, charges, rates and interest Atlanta

There are 300 plus reports on ASPIRE on this forum. I have been trying to pay back the same $ 2,500. For as long as I can remember. I have written, spoken and anything I can think of they will not work with anyone. They will ruin anyone who wants to do anything but pay whatever they wish to charge this month. I try to pay $ 100. A month so I can get it paid off and they end up chatges me 35-59 dollars a month in extra charges even though I pay on a 20 day cycle. I just want to join in a productive counter-measure. I saw on-line where the people of New York filed a successful class action in 2006. I do not know why I cannot seem to interst the Illinois Attorney General's Office in doing the same for our citizens but if I had enough folks with me they will. Please email me if you are from Illinois and willing to file a class action.
