Bank Of America Unauthorized Fees Leading To NSFS! Took serivce charge on free accounts and charged me 350.00 in nsfs! 4 days later still trying to get relsolved! California

On 4/27 a 20.00 service fee was taken out of 2 of the free accounts I have with BofA, this subsequently caused an overdraft of. 74 cents. I did not see the fee because it was not pending and came thru during the night. The first day the online banking person was helpful and reversed the the charge and gave me back the fee's, but... Because of the new way they process pendings and deposits I have been adding to the nsf's everyday!!! Yesterday I was told that even though they could see it was not my fault my only option was to deposit the funds to cover the nsfs!!! He said there was nothing he could do, he stated this for over an hour as we went thru the senario time and time again, finally he got his supervisor (who was unavailable when I asked for him) and I got another 2 nsf's returned, but because of the date I incurred 4 more last night!!! The bank has asked that I come and see them at 9am this morning to resolve this once and for all!

The only sure fire resolution to this problem is to change banks, I know it is a hassle but as long as people stay with themn after being cheated they keep getting away with this sort of tactic and keep getting richer!!!
