A couple of years ago I applied for a payday loan. Didn't recieve anything in my bank account so I thought I just din't qualify. Just was asking for a couple hundred dollars anyway so I got a bank loan easy and fo much more than I needed. Acouple months later get a call stating I owe money from the payday loan that was put into my account. The problem is that I never received any money. Have my bank statements prooving nothing was put into my account. Long story short, I've paid this company over 1,000 and are still harrassing me for more trying to get me fired from my job by constantly calling. So many people from this company have called that I just paid it to get them off my back but the threats are no more because I will be iling a cease and desist letter and if that does't work courthouse here we come. I just warned them to please have your proof because I have every receipt and bank statement and if I can get the call log from my job they are done.
