Wrong Name on Account

Our account have been offered to Countries Recovery Heart using the incorrect title about the consideration. We're getting calls declaring that my 8year old boy owes this debt. I do want to understand WHY WAS MY BOY ACTUALLY EVEN ONE OF THEM!? You're tarnishing his title... OR have you been attempting to extort me into spending? This really is undesirable and may be considered a breach of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I've approached the FTC, my local police division, and certainly will persue legal activity if this isn't fixed instantly

He promises he obtained the document from Jefferson Money Methods with my boy's title currently outlined because the bill owner. Just how can this be? I need a study!
