What a fine mess and a rip off this person turned out to be. Nov I seen a ad on KSL a local TV station late at night. It was a loan modifacation help, they do all the work with the bank and get a lower fixed rate and a payment I would be able to aford. All I had to do was pay a fee of $250.00 payable by credit card and they start the ball rolling.

Well here its 5 months later and guess what? I am being forclosed on. To make a long story short, I paid the fee, he took it. I gave him all the paper work needed per his list of items needed. Dec came around we hear nothing of the course of action that he said he would keep us informed of. He called my bank once that I was told by the bank and he droped off the face of the earth. We Can't find him, the phone # we had goes to a main switch board and we get the run around.

We left messages to call us and no reponce yet. So the wife and I started to work with the bank ourselves and once again we sent in the paper work that BRADY HAGBLOM stated he sent to them in the first place. They informed me that no record of any agent from I'm the solution sending in any paper on our behalf. Now its almost may and I am losing my home cause I'm the solution agent droped the ball and ran with our money.
