Almost lost my homestead

I was told these people really help you, yah help you into the poor house. I payed my 1300 dollars and hoped for the best and got the worst, after a 2 week silence, I called to see what was going on, I was told that everything was going fine and they were talking with my mortgage company on a daily bases.
That was lie #1.

Acouple of weeks later I was servrd with foreclosure papers, so I called to find out what was going on and was assured I wasnt in foreclosure. So getting suspicious I called my mortgage company, they told me they never heard of nor heard from these people and advised me to call
one of the couseling agencies on the foreclosure papers, Iasked how much thta would cost me and the guy near fainted on the phone. Iwas told to call them and demand my money back, and seek counseling at one of the agencies they requested. I did that and so far knock on wood, I am doing okay.

But I called for the 5th time today to ffs. Llc, and when I told them who was speaking, I got hung up on, nice way to do business.
I am yet to get my money back.
