Ripoff, They lie, bully, lie, and bully some more

Thomas Powers called first to tell me about this great trading system. They have false reports on the web site as to the trades. They told me that the guarantee included trade costs. I verified this no less that 5 times.

After Thomas set me up the real liar Robert came on. He promised to give me names of others who had success. Then in the evening called to say he had a one shot offer for the system to trade E mini's and all the rest of their systems.

We started through the on line application and when we came to the guarantee of profit above trade costs, the contract said something different. I said that was not what they promised so I did not want the deal. He said he would send me a new contract I could sign and send back.

Then they called the credit card company, or at least they said they did and told them the guarantee I specified then for the Credit card company that this was to be profitable after trade costs. The Robert passed me off to Steve who said that none of his people would have ever said such a thing.

We had a conference call and they continued to lie. Then Steve Symons told me to turn on my recorder and he said that if it was only short trade costs he would make me a happy man. That was his guarantee.

I decided that if they did not keep their word I was going to do my best to help others not to be lied to and to get my money back. I suspected there were many others who had been robbed. I think it is time these guys pay up.

I am filing a report with the South Dakota Attorney General. I believe they are are guilty of mail fraud, phone fraud, and perhaps credit card fraud. They are putting up false numbers for e mini trading as well. They need to do what they say they will do or be put out of business.
