Stephanie Collins, Adam, Devron Henriques, Johnicka Johnson, Martin Jam Corp Finance completely ripped me off for the little bit that I had and made my financial situation worse that what it already was. Kingkingston

I was in need for a loan for 5,000 dollars. It was hard to take such a large loan out with my situation. I have very bad credit. So Febuary 7th i had did some research online to see if i could find a loan company that could lend me the money with my credit history. And sooner than i though a representative who went by the name Mrs. Stephanie Collins called me and told me that I was 100% qualified for a loan of 5,000 dollars. I couldnt believe it. It was like the best news I"ve heard that month. But she told me since my credit is bad I would have to choose between 1 of the 4 options, 1) a cosigner 2) collateral such as a car, jewlery something very valuable of that sort 3) $500 for insurance of the loan or 3) paying 4 months in advnce. So i thought to myself I am better off choosing option #4. So she told me so send a money order to Devron Henriques in kingston, jamacia for an amount of $480. So, I did.

That was the last i heard from Stephanie. Someone else in her office said that she would be sending my information over to another representative by the name of Adam Kilzer. So I was dealing with Adam for several weeks and everytime we spoke he had a diffrent story. Like it was a holiday or the place was closed. Adam kept telling me that the amount I had sent wasnt enough and the lender was insecure about lending me the amount so he told me to send the insurance amount of $500. I was in tears because here I am short with bills and now I have to send over another amount of $500. But I tried to look at the bright side and say to myself when I get the loan I will pay my bills off as fast as possible. So what did i do? I send the insurance of $500.

And still Adam was giving me the run around telling me that the government taxes were so high and it was going to take a little while longer. Then Adam calls me And tells me that my loan is not going to go through and the only way it will go through is if I send them another amount of $400 dollars. I decided that I wanted a refund back so Adam tells me that it would take 30 days for me to get my refund back. And when I reread the documents they sent me it stated that I would get back only 50% of what I sent them. I sent them $980. My refund was to be sent back to my bank accout April 9th.

April 5th I called again and spoke to someone named Martin (wasnt sure of the last name) and he told me that I would not get my refund unless I sent them a fee of $200. I completely went off on him and he hung up on me. He then called me back and left me rude message on my answering machine saying that i wasnt cooperating and for me to call them back. He called me again and told to that he felt bad and he was going to give my my full $1000 refund back if i would just send him the amount of $200 so I decided I wanted to get this over with so again I send them $200 to someone named Johnicka Johnson on April 8th. I called them back on the 9th to give them my refrence #. And today is april 14th and I still have not recieved my refund amount of $1000. I keep calling them but they arent answering their phones. So now I am out $1200. I hope someone will read this and help me get my money back or shut them down or something. ANYBODY is more than welcome to respond to me.

This is a hearbreaking matter for me. I have 2 saved voice messages from their company, 3 moneygram recipets with the amounts I sent, Faxes with all their agreements and information and 1 fax that clearley states that once I send them the $200 I will then recieve my full refund bank. Please if someone out there can help me with advice or anything let me know.
