Fidelity Lending Group
Ann Miller - Adam Wells took my money and did nothing for me

Business & Finance

On 12/5/07 I applied for a loan with Fidelity Lending. A very nice woman named Ann Miller took care of me. She told me she was my "loan consultant."

Ms. Miller told me she could get me a loan for $10,000. All I had to do was pay a few months of payments up front to show the lender that I was good for the money.

I told Ms. Miller that I didn't have that kind of money. She suggested I take out a "pay day" loan. Because if I paid off the loan the next day, there would be no finance charge. So, I took out 7 pay day loans totaling $2200.

I was so afraid that this was a scam, I asked Ms. Miller several times if I was going to be ripped off. She assured me that the funds would be placed in my bank account by 5pm. The next day.

This sounded like a life saver for me. I could pay off all mt debts, and have only one low payment a month.

On 12/12/07 I wired $1876.08 to a woman in Canada. Then called Ms. Miller with the confirmation number.

The next day a man named Adam Wells called me and said that "the lender's insurance company thought I was too big a risk and wanted another $2000."

By now I knew something was wrong. I told Mr. Wells to send my money back. He told me that my money could not be returned until 01/08/08. He claimed that this was a clause in the contract.

All of the pay day loans were due on 01/06/08. So, when the loan payments were deducted from my pay check, it left me with $53 to pay bills and live on for 2 weeks.

Needless to say, Fidelity Lending never returned my money. Now, I will have to find some way to pay the pay day loans, car payment, rent, and all my other bills.

Right now I'm worth more dead. At least my family can pay off my bills with the insurance money.
