Savino Villalobos, Sr Director Of Operations Pursuing Legal Support to Fight CCA for breaking contarctual agreement

I received a call from CCA for a collections that I was not aware of about an ATT cellular account that my daughter defaulted on. The account was in her name under my main account. They had been in contact with my daughter but never myself and submitted the collections to the Credit Bureau without my knowledge where as it now appears on my credit report which was in excellent A ratings before this. I told them in my first and only conversation that I will pay it in full immediately if they remove it from my credit report. They agreed however I asked for an email confirmation first. I received the email confirmation from the Director of Operations saying that they will remove it as I was not aware of the collections.

That email was dated January of since then I have left several voice mail messages and emails to the Director of Operations and of course no response. I also left a voice mail to their legal department and no response. I contacted the collection agencies and provided the email confirmation and of course they ignor it with some ridiculous premade letter that doesn;t apply.

The collections still appear on my report. I am seeking out legal help in this matter as I have a contractual agreement that they have not honored as well as exposing them that they make these promised with no intentions of delivering. I would like some direction to where I can get the best legal help and how to publicly expose them as a fraudulant company.
