Ripoff

I have an account with a credit monitoring company, which emails changes posted to my credit report. I recieved an email stating I have a collections account that was posted on june from palisades collections.

When trying to contact then using varies 800 numbers, I was unsucessful. It seems this phantom collection agency is untouchable. I did however get two addresses one in NJ and one in GA. I sent a certified letter to each stating that i will take legal action if they do not explain where this $688 is from and that they have 30 days to do so.

They have 27 days left!!!
