This company was paid for a loan modification. After six months they got no results. I found out that this company is running a big scam. They charge an upfront fee of thousands of dollars, and will not refund the money. I have asked for my money back, and they refuse, worst of all the lender has never been contacted by this company. A big heads up to anyone looking to fix their mortgage problem, only to have vultures like this prey on you.

I have been dealing with Beau Barnhart, he comes off as a sleazy person, to bad he promised me things, and I trusted him. A big warning to anyone else looking to work with this scam of a company.
