I get a different story every time as to why my package still isn't here

I live in PA. I was called in mid Jan and told that these people (Global Financial) got my name from another credit card company and that they specialized in getting people an A credit raiding in one year... Bla bla bla. I payed over $220 on Jan 29th which was deducted from my checking account. Today is April 20th, still no card. Everytime I call I sit on hold for over an hour, and when someone finally answers I get a different story every time as to why my package still isn't here and a different excuse as to why I cant get refunded.

I went to go see a lawyer, If the company does not give you your card and refuses to give your money back, I was told that in pa you are then entitled to triple what you payed plus all legal fees payed for.

I am so angry and even said to the girl this sounds like a scam. I should have listened to my gut feeling on this on. I just really believed that since I had made some mistakes in the past I would have to pay to rebuild my credit I had no Idea.

I would like to present this to the attorney general with the help of my lawyer. If there is anyone else who would also like to do as much as possible to shut these people down, and perhaps get a little more money back in the long run then just the $220. Perhaps if we all get together and bring attention to this scam legal actions will be taken. Good luck
