Ripoff, promised credit card and free stuff, got nothing for my money, false promises

In November I was contacted by a sales rep from global financial promising a credit card with a 2500.00 credit line and free gas, coupons and other things. I agreed to have 221.95 taken from my checking account on Dec 18 and promised that within 18 days I would have my card. It is now April 20 and after numerous calls I have yet to recieve anything from them.

I was sent a paper from them stating that if I wanted a refund, I would be charged 24.95 processing fee. I got so angry, why would I pay for a refund on something I never got??? Duh, I must be stupid.

They need to be reported and stopped. Most of the people who give them their hard earned money and not able to afford it. I think they target people with poor credit and then rip them off.
