I was asked to call my agent Fred Jackson at 206-331-4575, before i go any further so they can help me with the process. The ck they included was to help pay the non resident govt. Service tax and insurance. That the total amount of 3511.99 to be paid through moneygram. The letter was signed by James B. Williams, vice president, global operations.
