Received letter and check in mail as a lucky winner from Regional Management, Inc (which seems to be an apartment complex at 11 E Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD) for $3,987.00. Letter was addressed from above company name (address 66 Ferwood which appears to be a house address). The letter requested I call the contact file maker, Allison Bell at 1-416-731-5707. I did not call. The letter also requested I pay a non-resident govt. Service tax and insurance totaling $2,999.80 through Western Union or Moneygram. It was signed Carly A Madison, Vice President, Global Operations. The letter also stated this was a final notice (I never got the 1st notice).
