Harrassing, uses false names, and extremely rude!

I am receiving countless harrassing phone calls on my cell phone all of a sudden regarding a debt which was paid off (IN FULL) when we refinance our home several years back. MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT (callers sound like they are from India) people are harrassing me, even went as far as to ask me (when I was trying to explain I was driving in severely bad weather and could not talk), "ARE YOU GIVING ME AN EXCUSE?" I was so livid, I called him a moron and hung up! I fully intend to pursue the matter and sue them as soon as I have the time to gather my papers and cancelled checks.

They are rude, relentless, and calling all hours! It's all I can do to keep my job in this economy and I REFUSE to be bullied by someone who can't even pronouce my name correctly, talks to me like I'm from another culture and expected to walk 10 steps behind my husband.

This is UNACCEPTABLE and someone needs to take them DOWN!
