Unauthorized billing

Our charge card business named me to confirm two costs by Squareenix, Play Online. The very first cost for $1, the other for $27. I've never heard about this site, or have I actually visited this site.

The client support person I talked to described the first cost for $1 was to check to determine if it'd undergo before they charged the $27. Iam so happy I've Pursuit, they captured it, named me, are likely to examine it, and, obviously, Iam not accountable for it.

For Squareenix, I've no idea how they got my data or why they charged me, apart from these were attempting to grab money from me. I'm going to be performing more study to discover what I - can do about that, if something.
