Charged Despite Account Being Cancelled

Registered for a merchant account in September. Named and was on-hold for roughly 45 minutes to stop my consideration BEFORE March. Visited Iraq for six months, returned to some year end record showing I Have been getting costs from Squareenix Play Online since March.

Approached the organization (5/18), and was knowledgeable there is 'no report' of my eliminating the consideration which the costs are genuine&they'll not be eliminating them& despite REPORT the consideration hasn't been utilized BY ANY MEANS since September. Agreed to supply mobile phone statement displaying my phone (and period of phone period) for them, however they declined&stating until I'd a verification # for that termination there is nothing&not just that they mightnot do, but they -couldn't - do.informed them to check on the Next consideration underneath the same telephone # (my roomies'... Ended same-day as quarry using the same individual)&they declined.

I am out over $100.
