Credit card fraud

I've had a Lender of America Credit card for several years. I've good credit and spend my card entirely. Today I obtained an alert about an online cost. Used to donot approve.'after half an hour on-hold I eventually obtain a person who does not care that I Have been on-hold that extended. He then informs me I've to call-back when the cost is published. There's nothing they are able to do although it is impending!!! So that they are likely to allow a cost undergo understanding it's unauthorized. Silly. Nicely at that time I am healthy to become linked. I ask him if he is able to stop my bill. He says yes. Get it done. He suggests the consideration is ended. They do not have any customer support they do not care how they handle their clients or they actually keep you. Therefore tomorrow I've to call-back and become on-hold for who understands how long. I believe I am likely to transfer all my bank.
