They called me at the office repeatedly. Lastly I created agreement to truly have a settle compensated in 3 funds. They insisted on a computerized money from my checking. They stated my consideration was shut and also the offer was down. I'm out $429 and also have no idea exactly what the standing is of my bill. They declare Dell Financial (another headache) got it back. I really believe that's illegal. They offered mean wrong Dell telephone number-it had been disconnected. I believe this can be a fraud and that I have no idea how to proceed. I submitted BBB reports and FTC issues against Dell and Encore. We will have what goes on.
