Claiming more than agreed on in writing

I had an account that was agreed, in writing, to be settled. I sent the payment via Western Union Quick Collect. The next day I received a call telling me that I owe more on the same account, this conflicts with what has been verbally agreed on the phone, recorded on both ends of the conversation, and in writing. I have all documents, postmarks, and. Wav files. I have record of all names involved, though I'm beginning to believe that they are ficticious names. I will not pay further, and will go to any means necessary.
