They took money out of my bank account that i did not authorize

I checked my bank account today and CIC CREDIT MONITOR had
taken 79.95 out of my bank account. I did not authorize this transaction.
I don't know how they got my debit card number. But they did. I don't know who they are or how they did it but they did. I have filed a report with my bank that these people have stolen from me.
