Ripoff They took my money without me even knowing

I came across a credit report website a couple of months ago saying that I could get a credit report for like 4 dollars. So I did it because I am only 20 and wanted to see how good my credit was to see if I would be able to get a loan for a car.

Then a couple of days ago I was checking out my account transactions online and saw a pending transaction of 79.95. I didn't remember any transaction of that amount however it didn't have the payee on it yet since it was pending so I couldn't do anything about it.

Then just today which is January 8 I checked online and the transaction finally cleared on January 7 and said CIC Credit Monitor Svc. I didn't recognize the name so I typed it in Yahoo and came up with a bunch of headlines that said "CIC Credit Monitor Service ripoff." Tomorrow I am going to call my bank.
