Unfair excessive (over 15) overdraft fees totaling over $500.00 all within 4 days

I check my balance on a daily basis through several channels (i.E. ATM, Online, via Cell Phone) and make sure that I have funds available before making any purchases. I was recently a victim of BofA's unethical overdraft fees practices. For an entire week my account balance was showing 'positive' funds.

Like an idiot, I trusted my bank and continued to use my debit card. On Friday of that week several charges from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday posted to my account causing it to go under. At $35 dollars per charge, I accumulated over $600 in overdraft fees.

I believed the whole b/s "Online Banking" scheme. "Let us do your banking online" & "Check it online!" crap! BofA misguides and mismanages your accounting to encourage profits through this avenue; overdrafts. I have since tried dealing with the 'robots with automatic responses' at the branch and over the phone but it seems that they have been well trained and threatened with their jobs if they give-in to ethical practices. "There is nothing we can do" is now the norm for this so-called institution.

I'm taking my money, business, friends, family, colleagues, and anyone who will follow. I'm knocking on 's door.
