We chose to opt out when they presented changes.increased rate to 34.99%

We were paying the account on time and were presented with this lengthy change in the Terms of Service that even included something so bazaar that if you used bad language you could be penalized. We chose to opt out. Because of that they increased the rate to 34.99%. Now they allege they can't reduce it because the account is closed. I could force them to get a judgment and then the most they could get would be 6%. I suppose if every Advanta card holder refused to pay we could bring them to their knees.
