Signed up for a free kit that was supposed to be mailed to me and nothing ever sent except a charge of $79.95 appeared on my bank statement - there is only the words MEMREWARD and a number 877-207-6534 - when called it says call back during normal business hours - I am attempting this course of action first. The cahrge showed up on 3-9-09 - I cancelled that day on the website for no renewal or cancel trial - these charges are fradualent and action needs to be taken if we can not get our money back - they need to be shut down. Any others have ideas???
