Another ripoff Victim of Jeff McCoon and Pacific States Credit

A judgement was obtained against my husband for an unpaid balance on a credit card, all without our knowledge. A lien was placed on our property and we found out about it from the Disrict Attorney in the county of Orange, as he was bringing charges aganst Mr. McCoon for fraud. We co-operated with the DA's office and as we were trying to get our home refinanced the lien was removed. Later the lien was again slapped on without any notification to ourselves. Now he has hired another law office to collect the debt. We are struggling financially and can't afford the reduced rate of $150 per hour or the $5,000 retainer that would be required to fight him in court. So chalk up another victim of Jeff Alan McoCoon and Pacific States Credit.
