Miscellaneous charges/constant calling

The Franklin Capital Corporation is charging me a miscellaneous fee of 19.84. I have no idea what this fee is for. I am also havin the same thing with the interest payment fluctuating on a month to month basis. I have also asked them to quit calling me and they refuse to do that. I told them whe my payday was and that very day they call me wanting theoir money like i can make th bank process my paycheck in one day. I m now trying to refinance to get away from these people who have no idea how a bank runs let alone how to talk to and treat people. I get calls from Gabreil constantly from week to week starting from the date the payment is due til the day they actually recieve the payment.
