We [spouse &I] got out financing together in nov. 2007 we questioned if there is a fee to repay early we were informed no [our mortgage is for 9% and we're attempting to reduce our rate of interest once we no further are able to afford these funds of around $823 not counting fees and insurance. And so they never send us any paper-work except at tax-time once they delivered us our curiosity [that was over $7000] with this duty document we discover we're caught having a prepaid attention of around $2000 it was never described whenever we got out the mortgage.
