Pathetic liars, who foolishly try to cover their buts after the fact

Okay, I recently entered a report on Bank of America's dirty dealings. I called them on Tuesday the 8th of April to find out why my money wasn't credited and was told that they reversed it out and put a hold on the check I deposited. After researching I found that they should have notified me in writing that this had happened. Well I got no notice until today the 10th of April.

Apparently after I spoke with them they decided to try to follow the letter of the law. Too late I caught them red handed. The letter they sent was dated the 7th, however the envelop was postmarked the 9th. Today being the 10th, that's a one day turnaround for the mail to get to me.

If in fact this letter was drafted on the 7th it should have been at my home on 8th, thus alleviating the phone call I made. My phone call prompted them to try to cover their buts and I get a letter on the 10th. Wait until the controller gets this.

I've never encountered a bank that deals so fraudulently.

When the class action lawsuit takes place... Sign me on.

Also, I was reading other entries and rebuttals, that Susan person is nothing but an employee who is taught as all of them are "not to take responsibility for their actions and throw it back on the customer."

They seemed to have forgotten the meaning of customer. I think if they keep losing them though they will soon get the picture. Big Banks can and do go bust.
