Unauthorize use of new credit card

I used to be billed $10.00 on the charge card that I understand hasn't been employed for ANY online exercise, but somehow UOL NETZERO got my CC quantity and charged my take into account providers I don't have or NEVER had. I named them-and they'd not provide my any information how they received my info. They terminated the providers after I pitched a fit-for about 20 units and decided to return my cash within 60 times... I had been but still am mad... Beware and please report this so others can take note...
