Loan Mediate is a rip-off company. They don't honor their own 30 day money back guarentee

Loan Mediate is a scam. They promise you that they will help you modify the terms of your home mortgage, and give you a 30 day money back guarentee. After contacting HUD and doing all the leg work, we made repeated calls to Loan Mediate, to check the status of our situation. When we made these phone calls we were bumped from our original contact, David Marshall to DaKita and Peggy. As of today we have not heard from anyone connected to Loan Mediate.

They have given us the run around. We have made repeated requests for them to refund our money, as per their guarentee. There has been no action on their part. They also had the nerve to ask us for our next payment, which we ignored. Our emails and phone calls have also been ignored.
