Sent a check as the "winner of the US Mega"

A check was sent to me for 3795.00 with a winning amount of 150,000.00 I only need to contact Samuel Peters to arrange payment of the tax. A mere $980.00 payable by moneygram. I, too received a blank white envelope, no return address, and a canadian stamp. At the bottom of the letter is a guarantee by American banks, but request that I keep the infomation private until all funds are received. I will be checking the funds at the bank of course, and turning the information over to the authorities, not that it will do any good.
