Closed account without notice

I was never notified that my account was closed, I have been with the company since 2007 and the entire time I always paid more then my minimum due and I also paid off all balances when I had the money to do so.

I went through a tough time so my payment was late. My balance was $640 so I sent in $100 and then 1 week later I sent in the remaining balance of $540, and they still closed my account, without notifing me. On top of that no one from the company will return my call.

This company is nothing but a fake scam.
