Ripoff, fraudulent

In August I called customer service and spoke to Rhonda and explained that the mortgage that they have was not the mortgage I signed. They had switched the paperwork and if they were to look at the whole package they would see it was forged and I had proof of who signed it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, being that the HUD 1 was signed that was all they need and for me to just keep making the payments.

Since August I am $75,000 in dept from court costs, lawyer fees etc. Not to mention the fact the tenent that is in the house told the judge she owned it. So the house is in ledigation and the mortgage company wants to forclose on it.

What are we supposed to do? How could these companies get away with this?
