I obtained a statement for four-times standard from TXU and that I instantly approached them with my issues.in the beginning, the consultant was okay, but we'd this vocabulary scenario happening that caused difficulties understanding. He wound up providing me directions on which I had a need to do. To create a lengthy history small... I've been informed that the boss isn't current, to being left on-hold for 45 minutes awaiting anyone to react to my request. Everytime I contact TXU, the consultant is international and we can not talk due to the terminology distinction. The meter is rotating constantly when issues within the house aren't actually on.
