They called telling me that i had been appoved for a credit card. Wanted me to send them $199.95 for them to file for a credit card. Then going to charge me $12.95 a month for a 1-800 number

A man called my home, And told me I had been preappoved for a credit card. Told me he would have to tranfer me to a verifer So they started tell me about the road side services and the dental. My girlfriend took down the address were I was suppose to send $199.95 for my card. They told me that i would get a master card with the credit limit of $5200. Also said that I would be charged $12.95 a month for a 1-800 number. Told me i would have to wait 21 days for my card.
