Usbank is stealing our money by holding our money, then charging overdraft fees Salt Lake City

I am so glad to hear I am not alone. I too have been victimized by US Bank. I couldnt figure out where my money was. They hold the cc deposits and don't post them, I have to track the money and phone people to find out where the money is and why it hasn't been credited for merchant deposits. Then they bounce my checks even when they know they are holding credits.

It is out of control. I finally closed the account but still can't find some of my money and they of course have thousands of dollars they are either holding or in overdraft charges, even though I have plenty of credits/deposits they haven't posted yet. Let's get organized and file a class action suit. I mean it, I will sue them, want to join me? I want my money back.
