Refused to give credit for annual fee charges

I named Customer Support to shut my consideration (I'd only under 100 bucks stability) however they declined to provide me back the 48 bucks they charged me ahead of time for yearly charge since the time May till March. Used to do not impose any purchase for this card for over 3 weeks. How is that this feasible after I obviously suggested for them that I no further wish to have this charge card? This really is obviously a ripoff since the agreement contract doesn't state that they are able to simply cost me for restoration despite the fact that I advised them in regards to a month ahead of time that I no further wish to proceed using their solutions.
